Return Conditions
- Items must be in original, resalable condition.

- For hygiene reasons, certain personal-care items cannot be returned once opened.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at info@ollloll.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund right away — no need to return the item.
